To the employer, we know you might be at a place where you feel skeptical as to whether your employee can maintain abstinence from substance abuse. The answer to that is YES. Here at CDU, we make you apart of the treatment process by contacting you (with employee permission) to facilitate an employer conference. We want to support the patient as much as possible with your help. We want to know what your expectations are for the employee for treatment and returning to work. We involve you because it makes the return to work much more smoother for the patient knowing that they have support, reassurance, and a stress free work environment.
